Each item of jewellery is handmade in my workshop, which means that not all the jewellery displayed on the website is in stock. If an item of jewellery is in stock, it can be collected or delivered within a week. If an item needs to be made, or made to measure, the minimum and maximum delivery times are shown for each item.
Please also note that I often work with unique gemstones and pearls that are not always available from stock, which may extend the delivery time.
Bearing in mind that all my jewellery is handmade, the shape and texture of each item may differ slightly. The same applies to gemstones and pearls; they are a natural product, created by nature. The colour, clarity, inclusions are unique to each stone and may also differ slightly.
Each piece of jewellery is supplied in corresponding stylish packaging, which can be used as a gift.
All our jewellery is produced with great care and skill in our own workshop, using only top quality materials.
The items of jewellery in my collections are almost exclusively made of gold recycled by specialist companies. This makes the gold ethically sustainable and of conflict-free origin.
Our gold alloy is based on 18 ct gold, or higher. We use a 925 alloy for our silver. All our jewellery is hallmarked and stamped with the jewellery maker’s mark.
The diamonds and other gemstones we use are sustainable and conflict-free in origin. They comply with UN rules and are certified in accordance with the Kimberly Process Certification Scheme (KPCS), which aims to eliminate the trade in conflict diamonds.
The images of the products on this website are shown as realistically and accurately as possible. To enable our customers to look at a product in more detail, some products may be shown larger or smaller than their actual size. Moreover, customers also have to take into account the fact that screens have individual settings resulting in the image and colour varying slightly from reality.
When purchasing a piece of jewellery handmade by Daisy Verheyden the customer is entitled to a two year warranty. This warranty is only valid if the damage has been incurred as a result of a hidden defect or construction fault in the relevant product. Any repairs or exchanges of such products shall consequently be at Daisy Verheyden’s expense.
The (commercial and/or legal) guarantee shall never apply to faults incurred as a result of accidents, neglect, falling over, use of the article contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, modifications or changes to the article, heavy handed use, poor maintenance or any other abnormal or incorrect use. In such cases repairs, if desired, shall be charged to the customer.
The prices of our jewellery have been carefully calculated and always include 21% VAT.
